From upload to first answer
What happens between picking a file and asking about it.
- 1Documents → upload a PDF or DOCX. The row shows Processing while the worker chunks and embeds it.
- 2Wait for Ready. The status is read from the server, so refreshing is honest, not cosmetic.
- 3Chat → choose the document. One conversation covers one document on purpose, so answers do not get mixed.
- 4Ask something specific: summarise, count rows, find the highest value, or compare two sections.
