Contexta is run by a small independent team and the work in flight is not something we can hand to someone we have not worked with. That changes when it needs to.

What the work looks like

Retrieval quality: fusion, chunk windows, and eval sets measured against real documents instead of sample questions
Inference cost control: token budgets, truncation repair, per-day quotas that survive production traffic
Self-hosted operations: containers, TLS termination, migrations applied to a live database
Front-end work judged by a throttled phone, not a desktop dev server
